Job Title : Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description/Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5 years experience required
  • Able to operate large construction equipment including dozer, excavator, loader, roller, etc.
  • OSHA 10 hours course required
  • Transportation required
  • GPS machine control experience helpful

Job Title : Construction Laborer

​Job Description/Qualifications: 

  • Experience in construction or commercial landscaping is a plus.
  • No tools required
  • OSHA 10 hour training helpful
  • Training is available
  • Transportation required

Job Title : Concrete Mason

Job Description/Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years experience required
  • Familiar with flat work, form work, curbs etc.
  • OSHA 10 hour training helpful
  • Hand tools & transportation required

Job Title : Working Foreman

Job Description/Qualifications: 

Able to Independently Read and Digest Construction Documents; Strong Communication and Leadership Skills; Knowledge of All Phases of Site Construction; General Knowledge of Major Phases of Building Construction; Use Trade Specific Skills to Assist in Providing High Quality and Productive Flow to the Workday. Consistently Identified with Company Aspirational Values, Participate in Training and Developing Junior Staff.

Minimum 15 years’ Experience

Base Wage: $40 – 60/ Hr.

Job Title : Pipelayer

Job Description/Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years in laying sewer and water lines
  • Knowledge of Pipe Laser, grades, manholes, testing, inverts
  • OSHA 10 hour training helpful
  • No tools required
  • Transportation required

Job Title : Crew Foremen

Job Description/Qualifications: 

Strong Communication and Leadership Skills; Supervise and Report on Manage Operational Resources Dedicated to Scheduled Project; Use Trade Specific Skills to Assist in Providing High Quality and Productive Flow to the Workday. Consistently Identified with Company Aspirational Values, Participate in Training and Developing Junior Staff.

Minimum 10 years’ Experience

Base Wage: $30 – 60/ Hr.

Job Title : First Lieutenant

Job Description/Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years’ Experience

Base Wage: $30 – 50/ Hr.

Job Description/Qualifications:

Job Description/Qualifications: 

Special Skills on Paver, Grader, Paving Rollers, Slip Form Machine or Other Specialty Machines; Understands and Trust the Chain of Command; Consistently Identified with Company Aspirational Values.

Base Wage: $25 – 45/ Hr.

Job Title : Skilled Laborers

Job Description/Qualifications: 

Construction Layout, Carpenter, Concrete Finisher, Asphalt Raker, Block Mason, Bar Tie, Flaggers, Pipe Layers; Understands and Trust the Chain of Command; Consistently Identified with Company Aspirational Values.

Minimum 5 years’ Experience

Base Wage: $25 – 35/ Hr.

Job Title : Junior Operator

Job Description/Qualifications: 

Proficient on One Machine without Direct Supervision; Understands and Trust the Chain of Command; Consistently Identified with Company Aspirational Values.

Minimum 5 years’ Experience

Base Wage: $25 – 35/ Hr.

Job Title : Runner/ Tool Truck Driver

Job Description/Qualifications: 

Clean Nys driver’s License, Independent Worker Available for Long Hours; Good Communication or Organizational Skills; Understands and Trust the Chain of Command; Consistently Identified with Company Aspirational Values.

Minimum 5 years’ Experience

Base Wage: $20 – 25/ Hr.

Job Title: Junior Operator

Job Description/Qualifications: 

Perficient on One Machine without Direct Supervision; Understands and Trust the Chain of Command; Consistently Identified with Company Aspirational Values.

Minimum 5 years’ Experience

Base Wage: $25 – 35/ Hr.

Job Title: Operator in Training

Job Description/Qualifications: 

Approved to Operate Equipment Under Direct Supervision; Consistently Identified with Company Aspirational Values.

Minimum 1 year Experience

Base Wage: $20 – 25/ Hr.

Job Title: CDL Driver

Job Description/Qualifications: 

Clean Driver’s License and Experience Lowboy, Dump Truck or Special Endorsement; Understands and Trust the Chain of Command.

Minimum 5 years’ Experience

Base Wage: $18 – 35/ Hr.

Job Title: Basic Labor

Job Description/Qualifications:
