Monroe Roadways Preparing 7.5 Acre Development for Branch in Fairport, NY
Work is underway for Monroe Roadways, Rochester’s leading site construction expert, who was awarded the contract for site development of ESL Federal Credit Union, near the intersection of Route 31F and Jefferson Avenue in Fairport, NY. Work for the 5,125-square-foot full-service branch and three additional future multi-purpose building pads, on a 7.5-acre parcel of land, includes all site clearing and demolition, earth grading, utility construction, road reconstruction, parking lots and sidewalks. Work is currently underway, with completion by November, 2017.
